国内数码喷墨印花设备应用现状及趋势纺织品数码喷墨印花市场需求带动了数码喷墨印花设备的增长，2017-2019年我国数码喷墨印花产量由2017年11亿米增至2019年19亿米，各种型号的数码印花设备保有量由2017年约25000台增至2019年约29100台，其中直喷设备由约2000台增至约3100台，该类设备速度快、精度高、技术复杂，属于中高端类型，以国产设备为主；其余为数码转印类设备，数码转印类设备保有量大，但主要为低速机，具有产品迭代的需求。对欧洲发达国家对比，近几年欧洲数码喷墨印花产量占其印花布总产量的比重呈逐年增长趋势，目前占比达80%以上，而我国数码喷墨印花产量占比仅有11%，反映出国内数码喷墨印花产业还有很大的发展空间。模仿彗星蛾的真丝纤维制成超多孔多功能纤维马达加斯加彗星蛾(Argemamittrei)产生的纤维，不仅具有优异的冷却性能，而且具有传输光信号和图像的特殊能力。哥伦比亚工程的研究人员基于此开发了一种自旋人造纤维技术，所制得的仿生纤维可用于制作超薄夏装，这种服装具有“空调”特性，它的厚度远小于一张纸的厚度，并且在人们出汗时也不会变成半透明的。UBC研究人员解决了纺织复合材料起皱的问题纺织复合材料因其强度大和耐用性强而被广泛应用于原型制作，同时在航空航天、能源、汽车和海洋等领域也已投入大规模生产，但起皱是纺织复合材料最常见的缺陷之一。
另一方面，随着潮流的与时俱进，人们对于时尚的定义以及追求更高了，因此对服装的要求也更时尚更独特更实用。设计师们开始寻求不常规或者更高端的面料，来满足市场的需要。因此面料贸易商也在不断通过一些新品来吸引采购商和设计师，从而得到更多订单。高档次的纺织经济圈，被评为“中国纺织产业基地、中国休闲服装名镇、中国运动服装名镇、长乐-中国针织经编名城、中国袜业 内衣名镇、中国西裤名镇、中国鞋都、世界河北之都”，目前已形成从纺织、纺纱、 棉纺、针织、经编、抽丝、织造、织布、漂染及后整理、服装生产一条龙完整的产业链。形成了化纤原料、漂染印花、纺织面料织造、服装成衣生产为一体的完整工业体系，综合经济实力居中河北首位。
